My favourite pair of black skinny jeans got accidentally ripped off on the butt part two months ago. F**ck! Now I have to start to look for a new pair and that's complicated and takes you lots of hours inside of fitting rooms and wandering from one store to the other. I decided the purchase did not have to be imminent and that it was time for doing an investment. Come on, stop to being looking for the perfect pair of jeans every season and ending to choose the one we dislike the less.
First I poked around the internet. Because of their description, I saw that Acne 'Skin 5' jeans in used black could fit my wish. Then I stopped at the store they have at Reel shopping mal in Shanghai and there I realised that I hit the nail on the head. They were perfect and they fitted like a glove! The best is that they come in two different length sizes and we, little fellas, really appreciate to not have to be turning up or cutting selvage, 'cause many pants lost their shape and they do not fit the same.
I waited. I tried other brands with a good denim reputation, but the Acne ones kept heading the list. It was decided. They were the clothes investment and my Christmas self-gift.
By the way, this week Nylon Magazine published on its webpage a jeans guide (#nylongirlproblems). I totally reccomend it to you if you are a little bit lost. I confessed that I've already found the perfect jeans. What's your experience?
