Chanel, Full Scottish

By de fireside and to the strains of the snow flakes, this is how Karl Lagerfeld presented his Chanel pre-fall 2013 collection at the courtyard of Linlightgow Palace in Edinbourg. Wool, tweed, tartan, kilts... everything Scottish we can bring to our mind is at new Chanel collection. A very masculine stle that comes from that time that Coco Chanel spent with her love the Duke of Westminster. I think it is one of the wisest last collections of the maison and, no doubt, the best pre-collection where they don't appeal to Eastern fortunes throuhg the bling bling that shines on the clothes. Nothing at all. Here there are lots of knit, scarves, hoses, patterned tights and knitwear, cardigans, layering... everything for the severe winter that it might be even harsher in the past times.
